DuoCreator Terms of Use

These Terms are between you and [LEGAL_NAME] regarding DuoCreator and its related support pages. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms and to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.

Apple's Standard EULA governs the app licence. These Terms supplement it with product-specific information. If there is a conflict, Apple's Standard EULA controls for App Store licence matters, and mandatory law controls in all cases. Apple is not responsible for this website or for support beyond obligations Apple has accepted.

DuoCreator is a general-purpose app and is not directed to children. A minor may use it only with the involvement and permission of a parent or guardian where required by applicable law. The person supervising a minor is responsible for lawful recording, content, and publication decisions.

Subject to payment, these Terms, and Apple's Standard EULA, you receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on compatible Apple devices associated with your Apple Account, including for personal or lawful commercial content creation. The licence does not transfer ownership of the app or its code.

Except where law expressly permits, you may not: redistribute or resell the app; bypass technical restrictions; extract or use the code to create a competing service; interfere with security or operation; use automated means to scrape protected content; impersonate the operator; or use the app for unlawful surveillance, harassment, exploitation, deception, or infringement.

DuoCreator is designed for iPhone Duo with iOS 27.1 or later. Features can depend on the exact hardware pose and display, camera and microphone availability, free storage, permissions, language, region, Apple Intelligence eligibility, downloaded system models, Speech availability, and Apple services. The App Store listing and Support page state the current requirements.

Apple may change operating-system services. We may provide updates to maintain compatibility, security, or conformity, and you should install relevant updates. We do not guarantee that every feature is available in every country, language, pose, camera mode, or future OS version.

DuoCreator is offered as a one-time paid download with no subscription or in-app purchase in version 1.0. The displayed price, taxes, currency, payment, receipt, and refund process are administered by Apple for your storefront. Prices may differ by region and may change for future purchasers. A price change does not create a recurring charge for a completed one-time purchase.

Refund requests are submitted through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Eligibility is determined by Apple and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory rights relating to faulty or non-conforming digital content, including correction, price reduction, termination, or refund where applicable. As between you and us, you retain rights in your original scripts, prompts, images, recordings, project data, and exports. We do not claim ownership merely because content is created with the app. Because version 1.0 does not upload that content to our server, you do not grant us a hosting or model-training licence to it.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to import, record, process, edit, save, and publish content, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, music, location, performer, and recording-consent rights. You must not use DuoCreator to create or distribute unlawful, defamatory, infringing, abusive, deceptive, non-consensual intimate, exploitative, or privacy-invasive material.

Audio and video recording laws differ by place and context; some places, including several U.S. states, require consent from every recorded participant. You are solely responsible for giving notice, obtaining consent, respecting private spaces and confidential information, safeguarding recordings, and complying with workplace, school, venue, court, health, and child-protection rules. A visible in-app indicator does not replace legally required consent. See Recording, Consent, and Responsible Use.

AI-generated or transformed scripts, speech recognition, text recognition, and image classifications are probabilistic tools. They may contain factual, grammatical, cultural, legal, safety, or attribution errors. Image labels are tentative and are not identity verification. The app is not intended to make high-impact decisions or provide professional advice.

Review and edit all output before recording, publishing, or relying on it, and independently verify facts, rights, claims, quotations, and instructions. Do not use output as a substitute for qualified medical, legal, financial, safety, or other regulated advice. Availability depends on Apple platform support and can be interrupted or refused by system safeguards.

You may choose Apple Photos, the share sheet, or a third-party destination. Those services are independent and may apply their own terms, privacy rules, file limits, moderation, or fees. We are not responsible for a destination you select, but we remain responsible for obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Support is available at DuoCreator Support and [SUPPORT_EMAIL]. We may issue bug fixes, security updates, compatibility changes, and improvements. Material changes to these Terms will be dated and notified where required. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued statutory rights.

We may discontinue a feature or the app where reasonably necessary because of security, law, platform changes, or technical infeasibility. Where mandatory law requires continued conformity, updates, remedies, notice, or support, those obligations remain unaffected.

The app, excluding your content, and its original code, interface, branding, and documentation are owned by or licensed to [LEGAL_NAME]. No implied right to use the DuoCreator name, logo, or protected assets is granted. Reports of alleged infringement can be sent to [SUPPORT_EMAIL] with enough information to identify the work, the challenged material, and the reporter's authority. Do not send knowingly false notices.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided without promises beyond these Terms, the App Store listing, and mandatory legal guarantees. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, perfect recognition, error-free AI output, a particular audience result, income, engagement, or compatibility beyond the stated requirements.

Nothing in this section excludes warranties, conformity duties, remedies, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded for a consumer.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed. We are not responsible for loss caused by your unlawful recording, unreviewed AI output, lack of rights in your content, unauthorised sharing, unsupported hardware, or a third-party destination you select.

Where a monetary limit is lawful, our aggregate liability arising from the app will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the app or the minimum amount required by applicable law. This limit does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence where it cannot be limited, death or personal injury caused by negligence, violation of data-protection duties where limitation is prohibited, or any liability that law does not allow us to exclude or limit.

If you act in a business capacity, you are responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for third-party claims caused by your unlawful content, lack of recording or content rights, or deliberate breach of these Terms. This provision does not apply to consumers where prohibited and does not cover harm caused by our own breach.

There is no DuoCreator account to suspend in version 1.0. The licence may end under Apple's Standard EULA or applicable law if you materially breach its conditions. Upon termination, you must stop unauthorised use. Sections that logically survive, such as ownership and accrued rights, continue. Mandatory rights and lawful access to remedies remain unaffected.

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the mandatory protections of the place where you habitually live, including your U.S. state or Canadian province. Courts are determined by applicable mandatory rules; a consumer is not required by these Terms to bring a claim only in Spain if consumer law gives another forum.

Before formal proceedings, contact [SUPPORT_EMAIL] so we can try to resolve the matter. You may also contact a competent consumer authority or an available ADR body. These Terms do not impose private arbitration and do not waive any right to collective redress where such a waiver would be unlawful.

If one provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary and the remainder will continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may transfer the agreement as part of a genuine business reorganisation if your rights are not materially reduced; consumers will receive notice where required. The English text is the only published version at launch; mandatory local-language information may still be provided in particular markets, such as French for consumers in Québec where required.
